Refund Policy
Trial Period
PropChat offers a 7-day free trial for new users. During this period, users can explore the Basic Plan features available on the platform along with a 7-day free trial of Chatbot Flows (add-on).
No credit card is required to start the free trial, and users will not be charged during this period.
The free trial is provided to allow users to evaluate the platform before subscribing. Users may cancel the free trial at any time during the trial period without incurring any charges.
Subscription Services
Once a user subscribes to any of PropChat’s paid plans, they are not eligible for a refund.
The free trial is provided to ensure users can evaluate the services before making a purchase decision. If a user is unsatisfied, they must cancel during the free trial period to avoid being charged.
Users may cancel their subscription at any time to prevent charges for the next billing cycle. However, no refunds will be issued for the current or previous billing periods.
Non-Refundable Services
All PropChat services are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
- PropChat subscription plans
- WhatsApp Conversation Credits (WCCs)
- Add-ons
- One-time chatbot development charges
- One-time setup fees
- Third-party integrations
Due to the nature of these services and the operational costs involved, no refunds will be issued once payment has been made.
WhatsApp & Meta-Related Non-Refundable Scenarios
- WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) Disablement
If a user’s WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) is disabled, suspended, or restricted at any stage due to WhatsApp or Meta policies, compliance issues, or reasons beyond PropChat’s control, no refund will be issued. PropChat is not responsible for account actions taken by Meta or WhatsApp. - Partner-Led Verification or Facebook Business Manager (FBM) Verification Failure
If Partner-Led Verification or Facebook Business Manager (FBM) verification is unsuccessful, delayed, or rejected by Meta for any reason, no refund will be provided. Verification approvals are entirely dependent on Meta’s internal review process and policies. - Initial WhatsApp Messaging Limit (250 Messages)
If a user’s WhatsApp Business Account is initially approved with a 250 messaging limit, no refund will be issued. Messaging limits are assigned and controlled solely by Meta/WhatsApp and are not influenced or guaranteed by PropChat.
Cancellation Policy
Users may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
No refunds or credits will be issued for any unused portion of the subscription period, except in rare cases that may be reviewed solely at PropChat’s discretion.
Policy Amendments
PropChat reserves the right to amend or update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will become effective immediately upon being published on the PropChat website.
Legal Compliance
This Refund Policy is governed by and complies with applicable local laws and regulations where PropChat operates. Users are advised to review the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for a complete understanding of their rights and obligations.
